Model UN-Goetheschule Essen

MUN (Model United Nations) Conferences are a unique opportunity for students to debate current political issues, which the United Nations have not been able to solve yet. The conference is organised and hosted by students who are interested in military conflicts, human rights, crime or environmental problems. Delegates do extensive research on the social situation, history and political stance of a particular country and then represent its interests as best they can. Being a “MUNie” at Goetheschule means you will expand your knowledge, develop your rhetorical skills in English, travel abroad and meet lots of new people who are fun to be with!
